Billing
How billing works
How am I billed?
Monthly, in advance, through PayFast. Your plan changes only once PayFast confirms the payment, and you receive an email when it does.
Are there setup fees, contracts or minimum terms?
No. There are no setup fees and no minimum term. You pay for the month you are on.
How do I cancel?
Move to the Free plan from Plan and billing in your account. That cancels the subscription, so you are not charged again. Your records stay in your account and you can export them at any time. See the refund policy for how refunds work.
Are there any other charges?
No. Your plan is the only thing you pay Katlego. If that ever changes, the fee will be on this page before it applies to you.
